CCH Malaysia is organizing a workshop titled Corporate Tax Planning on 23 February 2012 at Concorde Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. The Workshop will highlight the tax planning areas to be considered in a corporate reorganisation and restructuring exercises, and will also cover other important tax planning areas such as corporate group structure, cross border tax planning and transfer pricing.
